This year I decided to make things easier for myself and give granola as teacher gifts instead of making batch after batch of cookies. I chose this recipe from How Sweet It Is. I mean really, can you possibly go wrong with chocolate and gingerbread at this time of year. This is a delicious, slightly decadent, but mostly healthy treat for the season.
